How do I get started?

To get started, fill out the google doc form located HERE. There you can select your date and designs. Should you have any questions regarding a design choice, please do not hesitate to reach out! We always love to hear more about the details and planning of your celebration! 

Setup & Delivery

All orders are set up the night before the party/event of the date you select. (Ex. You select the 24th, the sign will be delivered the night of the 23rd.) The signs are then picked up the night/evening of the event date you selected unless you choose to extend your rental.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery to areas within Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, and White House that are within a 12-mile radius of Planet Fitness on E Main St in Hendersonville Tennessee.  Any delivery over 12 miles will be subject to an additional mileage fee to be determined by Lawn Party TN. 

How far in advance should I book?

All signs are rented on a first come, first serve basis. We will always strive to accommodate late requests when able, however it is best to try to book at least a month in advance to secure your preferred signs and date. If you would like to book sooner, that is also encouraged.

By booking with Lawn Party TN, customer agrees to the following:

Weather Policy: We cannot drop off signs in severe weather cases; this includes but is not limited to high wind, heavy rain, hail, thunderstorms, ice, and tornados.  In the event Lawn Party TN has to postpone a drop off, customer can request a refund or keep deposit for use at a later date.

All yard care should be completed prior to drop off (mowing, weed eating, pressure washing, etc.) 

Please do not move the signs once they're in the ground. Lawn Party TN reserves the right to charge a damage fee if we notice they have been moved.

Lawn Party TN and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, removal, and duration of rental. This includes sprinkler systems, pipes, etc. The customer is responsible to make Lawn Party TN aware of any underground objects that need to be avoided and to indicate where signs should be set up.
